Merry Christmas

We would like to wish all our friends, family and supporters a blessed and joy filled Christmas and New Year! May God richly bless all that you put your hand to – may your loved ones be around you and may  friends  – new and old, enrich you life.

We are off  and running – our first sponsors have signed up and the journey has begun! Last week-end we travelled to beautiful South Gippsland to share with the Meeniyan Christian Church in Meeniyan. Hank and Carol Zuidema made us very welcomed  – they have a gorgeous B & B if you are looking to stay down that way – and their church is a lovely community church where we felt welcomed.  We shared  our dreams for Thailand, enjoyed a big lunch with the church and drove home again.

This year we have completed our transition training for overseas workers, Wolfgang gained his Advanced diploma in Agriculture as well as his credentials (now officially a Pastor in the Australian Christian Churches ) while Dianne finished off her Masters in Social Work. We feel we have been preparing for our work in Thailand for a long time but finally, next year is the year we will be going, God willing!!

Aaron and Fiona have come back to live on the farm and William and Joshua  have been such fun to have around. Aaron and Fiona  are expecting their third baby in May. We will be able to spend some time with our new grandchild before heading off to Thailand.
